Welcome to Rewexa – Spin & Win Real Rewards. By using our website, creating an account, spinning, or claiming prizes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Rewexa.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Only residents of India are eligible to claim physical prizes.
One account per person only. Multiple accounts will result in permanent ban.

2. Game Rules & Prizes

Each spin costs one spin credit (earned via gameplay, tasks, or referrals).
Prizes are awarded based on random spin results and unlock conditions.
All prizes are subject to availability and verification.
Prize delivery: We will ship physical rewards to the verified address you provide. Delivery time is approximately 15–30 working days (including verification + shipping).
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once handed to the courier/post.

3. Prohibited Activities – Zero Tolerance

Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or abuse the system will result in immediate and permanent ban. Prohibited actions include (but are not limited to):

Creating multiple accounts (same person, family, IP, device, or address)
Using bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs, or any automated tools
Manipulating spin results, spin counts, or prize unlock mechanics
Providing fake or incorrect information during prize claim
Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior toward other users or staff
Any form of fraud or exploitation of the platform

If we detect any violation, we will:

Immediately disable your account(s)
Void all winnings and pending claims
Permanently ban all associated accounts, devices, and IP addresses
Report serious violations to law enforcement if applicable

4. Prize Claim & Verification

You must provide accurate full name, phone number, and complete address when claiming.
We may require identity verification (Aadhaar, photo, etc.) for high-value prizes.
False information = automatic disqualification and permanent ban.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rewexa is not liable for:

Technical issues, bugs, or downtime
Loss of spins, wins, or prizes due to cheating detection
Delays or issues caused by third-party courier/post services
Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
