Reward Policy

At Rewexa, we are committed to delivering genuine physical rewards to verified winners. This Reward Policy explains how prizes are awarded, claimed, verified, and delivered. By participating in spins and claiming rewards, you agree to follow this policy.
1. Prize Eligibility
- Prizes are awarded only when your spin result matches a winning condition (based on prize unlockAt and spinCount mechanics).
- You must have a valid Rewexa account and sufficient spins to participate.
- Only one account per person is allowed. Using multiple accounts to increase chances of winning will result in permanent ban of all accounts.
- Prizes are available only to users in India (shipping within India only).
- High-value prizes may require additional identity verification (e.g. Aadhaar, photo ID) before dispatch.
2. Prize Claim Process
- Go to your Profile → Winning History section.
- Click "Claim" on an unclaimed win.
- Fill in accurate details: full name, phone number, complete address (including landmark, city, state, pincode), and any optional fields requested.
- Submit the claim — you will receive a confirmation message in-app.
Important: Providing false, incomplete, or incorrect address/details will result in rejection of the claim and possible permanent ban. We will not reship to wrong addresses.
3. Prize Verification & Dispatch Timeline
- Verification: We verify every claim to prevent fraud (usually 3–7 working days).
- Preparation: Once verified, we prepare and pack the prize (additional 3–7 working days).
- Dispatch: Prize is handed over to India Post or trusted courier service.
- Total time: Most prizes are dispatched within 10–21 working days from claim submission.
- You will receive a tracking number via email and/or in-app notification once shipped. (only for costly items)
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal/courier services after dispatch.
4. Anti-Abuse & Fair Play Rules
We have zero tolerance for abuse or manipulation. Any attempt to bypass our system will result in permanent ban. Prohibited actions include:
- Creating or using multiple accounts (same person, family, device, IP, address, or payment method)
- Using bots, scripts, VPNs, proxies, emulators, or any automated tools
- Manipulating spins, spin counts, prize unlocks, or claiming process
- Providing fake documents or details during verification/claim
- Harassing support, other users, or attempting to exploit bugs
If we detect any violation, we will:
- Immediately suspend/disable all associated accounts
- Cancel and void all pending and claimed prizes
- Permanently ban the user from Rewexa (including new accounts)
- Report serious fraud attempts to law enforcement
5. Prize Substitution & Availability
- Prizes shown are subject to availability. In rare cases of stock-out, we may offer an equivalent or better reward.
- We reserve the right to modify prize lists, unlock conditions, or mechanics at any time.
- No cash alternative or refund will be provided for prizes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rewexa is not liable for:
- Delays or issues caused by postal/courier services
- Loss of prizes due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts
- Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation
7. Changes to Reward Policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with the new date. Continued participation after changes means you accept them.
